Pricing
You pay for what runs.No seats, no licences, no minimum.
Top up a balance, build as many agents as you like, and pay only for the minutes and messages they actually use. Every rate is on this page.
One minute of an AI phone call
$0.05
per connected minute, everything included
One rate, and everything is in it — the carrier leg, the speech, the reasoning, the transcript and the recording. There is no second line added on the invoice.
Building on our realtime socket instead of placing phone calls? That is a different product and priced separately — from $0.015 a minute for voice, or $0.50 per million characters for text. Both are below.
What that looks like in practice
Calculated from the rates below, not rounded for effect.
$150
1,000 outbound calls
Averaging 3 minutes each — a typical lead-qualification campaign.
$396
A full-time inbound receptionist
Roughly 6 hours of answered calls a day, every working day of a month.
$6
10,000 realtime text conversations
About 1,200 characters of assistant output each, over the socket.
Every rate
Live from the same catalogue your console bills against. Volume rates are available — talk to us before you commit to a number.
Phone calls
One rate, everything in it — the carrier leg, the speech, the reasoning, the transcript and the recording. Nothing else is added.
Telephony Phone calls, priced per carrier and direction. A rate set on the service applies to any combination that has no rate of its own. | $0.05 per minute |
Build on the realtime API
Your own app or widget on our realtime socket. Priced separately from phone calls — you are using the engine, not the phone network.
Voice Realtime voice conversation, billed on session audio time. | $0.015 per minute |
Text chat Assistant text output in a normal (non-ambient) session. | $0.50 per million characters |
Ambient voice Audio time in an always-listening ambient session. | $0.05 per minute |
Ambient text Text output produced by an always-listening ambient session. | $0.50 per million characters |
Speech synthesis Standalone text-to-speech generation (the /voice endpoints), billed on characters synthesised. | $5.00 per million characters |
Automation
Journeys — multi-step follow-up across channels. The channels themselves bill at their own rate above.
Journey enrolment One contact entering a journey. Charged once when they enter, not per step — the channels a journey uses (calls, WhatsApp, email) bill themselves separately, so this is the orchestration around them. | Free per request |
Journey AI step One ai.* node making a decision — reading a transcript, extracting a field, writing a brief. Costs a model call per contact, which is why the AI nodes have their own switch. | $0.0022 per request |
Everything else
Support services you only pay for when you use them.
Meeting notes Meeting audio summarised by Gemini, billed on the audio minutes actually processed. | $0.0027 per minute |
Document OCR Reading a scanned page with a vision model when a PDF has no text layer. | $0.002 per page |
Rates and the exchange rate are reviewed from time to time, so these figures can change. This page reads them live, so it is always current — but do check back before you budget on a number you noted down earlier.
How billing works
- It is prepaid, not invoiced in arrears.
- You top up a balance and services draw it down as work happens. Nothing runs up a bill you have not funded, and you can stop at any point without a contract to exit.
- There is no per-seat cost.
- Add your whole team. Build fifty agents. You are charged for minutes and messages, not for people or for how many assistants exist.
- Every charge is itemised.
- The console shows what each call, session and automation step cost, as it happens — not a single monthly figure you have to take on trust.
- A journey costs nothing to enter.
- Enrolling a contact in a multi-step automation is free. You pay for the calls and messages it sends, plus a fraction of a cent for each AI decision it makes.
Cheapest way to check the price is right
Have an agent call you, then look at what that minute cost. It is the same meter your customers’ calls run on.
