Calls are shown at the published per-minute rate and billed like a phone line, so part of a minute counts as a minute. Some carriers and destinations are priced differently; your console’s rate card shows the rates on your account. WhatsApp includes Meta’s rate for the market and our platform fee; on your own WhatsApp Business account Meta bills you directly and you pay us the fee only. Payment-provider fees on links you send are charged by your own Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe account.

Stay in control

Set a daily limit, pause anytime.

Spending is something you decide, not something you discover on an invoice.

A daily limit

Set what the whole account may spend in a day. Once it is reached, nothing new starts until tomorrow; calls already in progress finish.

Pause everything

One switch holds every journey, campaign and broadcast without losing where anyone was. Resume picks up from there.

Prepaid, always

Services draw down a balance you topped up. Nothing can run up a bill you have not funded.

A ceiling on every journey

Set a hard spend limit before a journey may start, and it stops at it.

Warned before you run out

Low-balance emails go out before calls stop, with a daily digest of what was spent.

Budgets per client

Agencies give each client a budget out of their own balance and see what each one costs.

Every charge itemised

Each call, message and AI step shows its cost in the console, from the same ledger as your invoice.

Every rate

The full rate card.

Live from the same catalogue your console bills against. Volume rates are available.

Phone calls

One rate per connected minute: the carrier leg, speech, reasoning, transcript and recording are all in it.

Telephony

Phone calls, priced per carrier and direction. Billed like a phone line, in whole minutes: any part of a minute counts as a full one. A rate set on the service applies to any combination that has no rate of its own.

$0.05

per minute

Call recording storage

Storing and serving the recording of a call, billed on the minutes of audio actually kept. Charged once when the recording is stored, not per playback.

$0.0015

Messaging

WhatsApp is Meta’s rate for the market and category plus our flat platform fee. Incoming messages are free.

WhatsApp message

One message delivered through WhatsApp, at Meta's rate for the recipient's market and the message category. Not charged when you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account — Meta bills you directly for those.

Journeys and outcomes

Entering a journey is free; you pay for the channels it uses and the AI decisions it makes.

Journey enrolment

One contact entering a journey. Charged once when they enter, not per step — the channels a journey uses (calls, WhatsApp, email) bill themselves separately, so this is the orchestration around them.

Journey AI step

One ai.* node making a decision — reading a transcript, extracting a field, writing a brief. Costs a model call per contact, which is why the AI nodes have their own switch.

$0.0022

Journey outcome

One result a journey produced for you — a payment collected, an order confirmed, a delivery saved. Charged only on outcome-based plans.

How you pay

Top up, then forget about it.

By card, anywhere

New

Top up in US dollars by card. A document for every top-up and a monthly usage statement built from the ledger that charged you.

In rupees, in India

Indian cards pay in rupees with GST added and a tax invoice for each top-up. A paid top-up is credited even if you close the tab.

Questions

About the money.

What does a phone minute include?

$0.05 per connected minute covers the carrier leg, speech in and out, the reasoning, the transcript and the recording. It is billed like a phone line, so part of a minute counts as a minute. Some carriers and destinations are priced differently, and your console’s rate card shows the rates on your account.

How is WhatsApp priced?

At Meta’s published rate for the recipient’s country and the message category, plus our flat platform fee per outbound message, from $0.0044 in total. Incoming messages are free. If you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, Meta bills you directly and you pay us the platform fee only.

Can I pay per qualified lead instead?

Yes, by arrangement. Outcome pricing (a qualified lead, a payment collected, an order confirmed, a delivery saved, an appointment kept) is set per account while it is in pilot. Talk to us with your volumes.

Which currency am I billed in?

US dollars. Indian cards pay in rupees at the rate shown on the payment page, with GST added and a tax invoice for every top-up. Cards elsewhere are charged in US dollars and your bank converts.

Are there seat licences or a minimum?

No. Add your whole team and build as many assistants as you like. You pay for calls, messages and AI steps, and you can stop at any point.

Do agencies pay differently?

Agencies pay the same rates and set their own prices for their clients. Volume rates are available; talk to us before you commit to a number.

Comparing with another platform? See what their per-minute prices cover.

The cheapest test is a real call.

Set up in one box and your own AI rings you. Then look at what that minute cost: the same meter your customers’ calls run on.
